Tips for Letter and Essay writing in SSC CGL Tier-II Exam
In SSC CGL 2019 Exam, the writing capability of
students (in Hindi or English) is scrutinized and examined through descriptive
paper. The descriptive paper is separated into two parts- Essay Writing
(200-250 words approximately) and Letter/Application Writing (150-200 words).
The question paper comprises of 100 marks and the time limit is 1 hour (I hour
20 minutes for PWD students). This descriptive paper is conducted in “pen and

To create meaningful write up of essay in less time, the
student must try to offer helpful statistics and facts in the essay. This is an
excellent technique which will help in giving strength to your narrative.

While writing an essay, you must be specific in your
